SUS304 SMT Blank Stencil is made with precision Japanese SUS304H-TA stainless steel sheet which is used specially for SMT stencil, and the internal stress has been removed from the foil to ensure no distortion on the foil after cut, before sticking the foil on the mesh, we do roughening treatment on the sticking location of the foil to ensure the strong adhesiveness and high chemical resistance, the blank stencil can be used onto cutting processing directly.
The blank stencil are most commonly used in SMT stencil industry.
